The 5 Minute Exercise Routine For Super Flexible People
TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR BODY TODAY!
If you were always the flexible one in class, or can go into a yoga class with no experience and do all the poses because you are super bendy then these exercise are for you!
IF YOU COMPLAIN OF:
🔴 Knees often roll inwards
🔴 Constantly spraining ankles
🔴 Sitting at their favourite cafe just isn’t comfortable
🔴 Running and exercises in a gym class are just a no go and they are not sure why
🔴 Lying on the floor in odd positions sounds better than upright at a desk
🔴 Used to be one of the most flexible at school and some are even double jointed (or used to be)
Try the below exercises daily for a week to see if you get better quickly.
⭐ WALL LANDS
This is an awesome exercise if you have had a long day at work or had a tough gym class and your shoulders and neck don't feel so good.

Check this out if you are feeling super stiff in your hips or your low back is sore.
